Hello; Tired moms I'm running on an energy drink today, with dry shampoo in my pulled-up bun hair. With the winter blues upon us falling into a depression or a funk is super easy. Sometimes just doing anything makes our brains realize we can do something and start a chain reaction to a positive mood. Here is a list of things that have helped me over the years, and are easy enough to do when trying to keep the house going also. Moisturize everything. Use whatever lotion you like. Unscented? Dollar store lotion? Fancy 48-hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire skin. Put on clean, comfortable clothes. Put on your favorite underwear. Those ridiculous boxers you bought last Christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? Put them on Take a shower No need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over your body. Sit on the floor if you gotta. Drink cold water Put ice in it...
